Invicta” is produced in a spinning process where the fibers are drawn, heated, elongated and cooled. Stretching and spinning lead to a molecular linear alignment, high crystallization and low density. Invicta, through this production method, has extremely long molecular chains that transfer the load more efficiently to the polymer backbone than all other fibers. That way, it is stronger with the same weight or lighter with the same strength than other alternatives that exist today. These options are often Aramid-based products, such as Kevlar or Twaron.
